Untitled Document This sale is for a special industrial Nikon lens, a 55mm F/1.2 CRT Nikkor-O, serial number 721562 . Construction is 8 elements in 6 groups. This lens was used to record faint traces from a CRT screen. The lens does not have a focus helicoid- it has a long (10mm) 39mm Leica style thread mount. The lens was made for close up work and will need to be adapted to your camera with a custom mount. As you can see in one of the photos below, I have adapted it to my Panasonic Lumix G1 camera with several adapters and it works great. To focus, I just thread the whole lens either in or out of the screw mount (the Panasonic camera and mounts are not part of this sale and are not included). I have also tested this on a Sony A7 camera as seen in the photo and using a focus helicoid and Leica screw to bayonet adapter I was able to get infinity focus!I have also included some photos below of some plants in my yard taken with this lens mounted on my Panasonic G1 to show the interesting bokeh that the lens produces.  This lens has a 12 blade diaphragm and a very high build quality.

The Panasonic G1 camera, Sony A7 camera, and adapters shown in the photos are not included in this sale.
