I try my best to keep all my items in excellent, clean and lint-free condition. If there is any flaw on the item, it will be clearly stated in the description. If the item is new with the sales tag on, it will be listed as New with Tags. If it is new with partial tags on, it will be listed as New without Tags. If I have misrepresented the item in the listing, I will accept the return of the item for a full refund. The request for return must be made within 3 days of receipt. Upon approval, the return must be made within 5 days. I am sorry that I can't accept returns based on fit (please refer to size & fit guide below) or differences in opinion on color. As every SJK lover knows, Santana knit can be blocked up or down a size or two so the fit of the garments at my store can be quite flexible. 

SIZE & FIT GUIDE
To give you an as accurate sense as possible of the garment, I try to provide many details with item description and multiple photos. Please be sure to read and look through them CAREFULLY BEFORE your purchase. To help you best determine fit, I specifically measure the bust, shoulder, length for every garment sold at the store. As every SJK lover knows, St John is cut generously (usually at least 2 sizes up from general industry sizing standards in my opinion). That's why I normally add two sizes to the sizing indicated on the label. If the garment's sizing label is missing, I will make an educated guess based on the measurements. Please keep in mind, sizing can vary even within SJK knit's own brand. For instance, outfits from SJK Basics and Collection line usually run larger than SJK Couture line. Also, St. John Knits is famous for its legendary stretch. Garments made of SJK's signature Santana knit allow more room than those made of novelty knit, such as tweed, bouncle, chevrons, honeycomb and houndstooth. So if you have most of your SJK knits in Santana knit, you might consider going up to the next size when you buy a garment in novelty knit. If you are new to SJK (welcome to the club), please keep in mind that SJK runs bigger than non-knit clothing.
Bottom line is: Always check the measurements (and take the stretch into account based on knit types), instead of the sizing on the label or in my auction title, for the best fit.  
How to Measure a Garment
Choose a garment that you already own and that fits you well. Then, lay it flat and measure across the shoulder, chest and hips. Compare your findings with your desired SJK garment's measurements.

I live in a smoke free and pet free home. I am a SJK loyalist myself. I love wearing SJK knit outfits year around, weather permitting. I sell SJK exclusively and work hard to show my love for and appreciation of the femininity, classicism and supreme quality of SJK in each piece I sell.
