 You must contact me within 2 days after receipt of item(s) to notify me of intent to return item(s) to receive a return authorization number. Please do not return without the authorization number as it may delay return credit. Item(s) must be received by me within 14 days of purchase date and must be returned to me in same exact condition as received and must include any and all accompanying articles. Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Paypal credit minus ebay & Paypal fees will be made within 3 days of item receipt.

Damage in shipment

Extra care is extended when packaging items for shipment and all domestic items shipped parcel or priority mail are insured. If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact me right away so I may file a claim with shipper. Please keep the item and all packaging as you may be asked to prove damage and packaging to the shipper. When I receive confirmation from shipper of intent to pay, I will refund your purchase through Paypal (usually within 5 days).
