Returns

• You may return the product for any reason within 30 days for exchange or refund:
  • Please contact us for RA number and instructions
  • The product must be unused and in new sellable condition
  • We will deduct a restocking fee of up to 75% from your refund.
  • This fee will be used to cover our cost of shipping to you.
  • We cannot accept returns for international items, or if an item has been used.
• Refunds are processed within three business day of receipt of the returned item.

The item I received was damaged in shipping. Help!

• On rare occasion, FedEx or USPS may mishandle a package.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may immediately replace the damaged item and assist you with the insurance claim.
  • Always contact us through the eBay messaging system to report the damaged item.
  • Please include a picture of the damaged item.
