The Snowflake Story

The Snowflake Cut came to be one evening late in 1996. Ralph Wobito was working in our studio trying to develop new designs. Starting with a basic hexagon shape, he paused to contemplate his next steps, and happened to glance out the window at the gently falling snow. A few meticulous hours latter, the Snowflake cut was born.The Snowflake Cut was eventually patented in 2005. It is suitable for almost all varieties of gemstone.

Items shipped outside of US are subject to Border Customs inspection on arrival at destination country. Most items flow through within a reasonable time, but some can be delayed for up to four weeks at the whim of Customs inspectors. Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt provided that the original tag has not been removed from the item and the item shows no sign of wear, damage, or alterations. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returns are not accepted if tag has been removed. Certificate of Authenticity must be returned with item. Send your item via an insured & tractable method, properly pack the merchandise and include the Certificate of Authenticity card. If the COA card is not returned, a $50 fee will apply. The buyer pays for return shipping. Your refund will be made within 5 business days after I received the item back. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
