SALES TAX

Illinois residents are required to pay 10.00% sales tax. If you are a tax-exempt customer, you must contact us to have sales tax waived before you complete eBay checkout.

RETURNS

We offer refunds, store credit, or exchange on all items. Our policies are as follows:

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Be sure to purchase full insurance for your item before shipping it back! We may not be able to issue store credit or exchange your item if it is damaged when being shipped back to us.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
When you return an item, you will receive a refund minus a 20% restock fee plus the original shipping cost and eBay final value fees will be deducted from the refund.
