DINKY TOYS

MADE IN ENGLAND

DAIMLER SCOUT CAR

NUMBER 673

1954-1962 - GOOD CONDITION

This lot contains a Good Condition, 1954-1962, Dinky Toys, Made in England, Number 763, Daimler Scout Car. This ORIGINAL and VINTAGE 67 MM is truly a collector quality example and good value! This early driverless example has cast OD body, military decals, cast hubs, and smooth black tyres. There are pin-pricks and paint loss, mostly along fender and vehicle edges and raised details. It appears that front decal has folded onto itself when originally applied, but I'm being picky. Item has honest patina and nice shine. You will be impressed with how well this model looks in person. Please review all of the 11 pictures to fully appreciate this model, and make up your own mind about this vintage Dinky Toy!

This item will be a nice quality addition to any vintage Dinky Toy or die-cast collection!

I am a diecast collector myself, and I try to look at each item with collector's eye. I am also human and therefore subject to mistakes! If you do see obvious errors in my Description, I do appreciate you pointing this out to me. While I am a collector, I am not an expert! If you have you own doubts or reservations about an item, please ask questions prior to bidding and or auction end.

REPRODUCTION BOXES – I like to include REPRODUCTION BOXES when possible! I truly enjoy the vintage graphics, artwork, and style. The box was always part of the product, and I like to include the box to enhance the collector experience! Reproduction boxes vary greatly from model to model, and are generally reproduced from scans. Size accuracy, colour, and quality will vary, so please place your value with the item and not on the box.
