We believe our delivery charges are fair for fast reliable shipping. Most importantly ALL of our items sent out are FULLY INSURED which means if for any reason Royal Mail / Couriers should happen to lose or damage your item we will offer you a replacement AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU.
All of our deliveries are next working day from the day we process your order, we do not hold your money for days before we send your order

All items are sent by Signed For Post or by means of a Courier, meaning that you will need to sign for the item, or by City Link, TNT, Interlink

Item ships to credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address only.

UK stock is delivered within 1-2 working days if sent by Royal Mail, however please allow 5 clear working days for delivery, Items sent by Courier if ordered and Paid for before 1pm will arrive next working day. Please note that a Saturday or Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Sometimes problems can occur which are out of our control due to third parties & cannot be held responsible for any delay outside of our control.

Items sent to non mainland destinations will take longer, also there is normally additional shipping to pay which we will ask you to pay.

The following postal codes incur an additional £6 surcharge:
IV, HS, KA (27-28), KW, ZE, PA (20-49 & 60-78), PH (17-26, 30-44 & 49-50)
The following postal codes incur an additional £10 surcharge:
BT, IM, TR (21-25) Also all Post Codes in the Channel Isles small items - However Satellite dishes need to be calculated - please contact us first before buying.


We will deliver overseas but only to the card holders billing address. Destinations such as Malta & other Islands will need to be calculated.
Items from our German warehouses will take 3-7 working days.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged or faulty and must be reported to us within 2 days of receiving the item. Returns Policy, You should inspect your delivery that it is correct and that all items are in full working order within 2 days of receipt.

We are unable to rectify any errors or replace faulty items after this period. However all equipment have a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Due to the nature of the product, Subscription viewing cards are not covered by a warranty unless they are official subscription cards and these are under warranty for as long as the broadcaster is broadcasting the programmes the card was intended to receive. The card is NOT covered if broadcasting stops due to the broadcaster going out of business or a change in schedules.

Returns Policy Continued Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Any items that are returned for refund within 7 days will incur a 20% restocking charge. Any items retuned for testing that are found to be in good working order, the customer will be liable for the cost of all postage incurred Postage costs are non returnable, you will bear the costs for sending items back. If you do not return the item that is faulty within 5 working days then we will not replace it as the deadline will have expired and the object may well have been damaged during your own delivery process.
