Payment Instructions:
* Payment is requested within 3 days of sale closure, or auction end.
Returns:
* I will accept returns if an item you received is not as described. Please contact me
upon receipt so that we can discuss the return terms.
* Clothing Returns: I place measurements in each description, or in the photographs
so you can get your best fit. I know manufacturers sizing falls all across the board.
Please take your time and make sure the sizes are going to work for you.
* Certain items will be charged a 15% restocking fee, which can be negotiated upon return.
* Returns Must be in the same condition as they were sent. No Alterations may be made to the item.
* If there is breakage or damage during shipping, Please keep all packaging, DO NOT
THROW AWAY Any packaging, or packing materials, and PLEASE! Contact me
Immediately! If at all possible, take pictures of the condition of the box before opening
if damage is apparent. Then when you open the package, take pictures of the item,
showing any damage to the item. I would rather have more pictures than too few.
This way I can get a case filed with the USPS.
Shipping and Handling:
* I ship within one day of payment. If payment is made before 1pm, I will ship same day.
otherwise, it will be next business day.
* Holidays and bad weather. (I live in the North East we sometimes get bad weather
during the winter.) I will mail as soon as the roads allow, and in rare cases the USPS
reopens. I will notify you of any shipping delays.
* I ship Media for books, economy and or Priority. Priority comes with free Insurance, and
tracking. Economy comes with tracking only no insurance. I usually ship the cheapest,
(most of the time it is priority) if you would like me to ship it a different way, Please notify
me before paying so that I can send you an invoice with the new shipping price.
Other Information:
* All Items are from a Smoke free home. I do have a Dog, he is restricted from my Ebay room.
* I package all my items with the utmost care. I package them with the USPS in mind. I do use
some recycled products in packaging.

* If there is a problem with your order, Please contact me first before opening any cases.
I would prefer to try to work it out first, then if we can't come to an agreement, we can
