Shipping

 

We offer combined shipping! U.S. Shipping is a $10.00 flat rate.  You may add any additional items for no increase in shipping charges.  To qualify for our flat rate, items must be purchased and paid for within 30 days. Most orders are shipped within 3 days of payment received and delivered in approximately 3-7 days, depending on what part of the country you are located.  Sales tax applies for California residents.

 

International shipping is $30 flat rate for everything you purchase within 30 days that is paid for at once, so please make sure to check our whole store!

 

Return Policy

This is our outlet store of sex toys and bondage gear, and everything is sold "as is" - we will always try to accurately describe each item, and it is always our intention to stand behind our products, and to deal fairly with our customers.  Please be aware this is where we sell our discontinued, overstock, slightly imperfect, or store display.  There may be minor imperfections on the product or other material which does not affect the great look or function.  We are pleased that we can offer you these items at a reduced price, but we cannot offer returns or refunds on these items - especially as much of what we sell would pose a health risk if returned.  All Sales Are Final.

Exceptions:  Any items that were damaged in transit or defective when we shipped them to you can be exchanged for an undamaged replacement of the same item (if we have that item available - for some of our auctions, we only have one available).  Otherwise, you may request a credit or a full refund.  You will need to return the item within 14 days.  All returns must include the original packaging, paperwork, manuals, and accessories. Items being returned should be sent with either a trackable shipping method or one that provides confirmation of delivery.
