This is an absolutely beautiful figure. There is a section of missing paint on the torso (error at point of manufacture) which is why we have put it substantially cheaper than the next listing of the same item. This is easily repaired by a professional. Please see the additional picture.

As such it is not eligible for the refund service like our other items based on this information.
