IC-280 transceiver for 2m operations. Capable of repeater offset ops and has some memory channels as well. Also appears able to be run in duplex mode. Tested only for power up and RF output with wattmeter and dummy load when mic keyed. No further testing done and sold as-is without warranty. May have been modified (see holes in bottom as shown) But does generate a signal. Includes a manual for it.
