Helios-44-2 58mm 1:2 lens by KMZ, with 42mm screw thread mount.  The focus works, but has a little bearing wear.  The aperture blades open and retract, but have some oil residue to the blades.  The optics appear free from fungus - there is a natural bubble inclusion to the glass to one side, and some light coating scratching to the front element.  There is a small patch of misting to the edge of the front lens.  It has cosmetic signs of usage, and some paint loss and rubbing to the barrel.  Comes with KMZ branded front cap, but no rear cap.
