For sale is a fast and ultrasharp lens, the Carl Zeiss Tessar is famous for it sharpness across the whole field. This is the rare faster F3.5 version packed in a fully working Compound shutter. This lens will cover 4x5 format with some room for moves and is a nice and handy companion for studio or outdoor work!

The condition of the lens is very nice. The aperture mooves smoothly, the aperture blades dont show any signs of oil. The Brass is in a good condition with only the slightest wear. But the most important thing: the glass is a good condition, only minimal cleaning marks but there is no signs of seperation or fungus. The image on the groundglass is outstanding. The shutter is in working condition.
