2. We only ship internationally through the Global Shipping Program. Items shipped through the eBay Global Shipping Program are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Free shipping only applies to shipping charges in the continental United States. In other words, if the item is listed with free shipping, we will pay the shipping charges to eBay's Global Shipping Center only.  All other charges, including taxes and/or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
