This is the complete, Vivitar Series 1 90mm f/2.5 macro lens kit that comes with lens, adapter and the original manual. Front and back protective caps for both the lens and adapter are  included. Focus ring moves very smoothly. I have assembled the lens and adapter, attached it to my old Canon FTb, and have actuated the shutter and it appears to be working fine, however I no longer have film so I can't check picture quality. The lens is in good cosmetic condition with some paint wear on the aperture and locking ring. The adapter is in excellent cosmetic condition.
