We are aiming to provide our customers with the best customer service and quality items and to achieve that we need your cooperation by following these two simple steps: 1- We are closed on weekends and holidays, so all the emails sent to us after Friday at 1:00 PM (Pacific time), will be answered promptly the first business day, so if you don't hear back from us during the weekend/holiday, that doesn't mean that we ignored your email, we are just quite simply closed. 2- We try our best to make every transaction a pleasant one, however even unlikely, mistakes may happen, after all we are human so please give us the opportunity to correct the issue, in which you will not regret it. We have a simple hassle free return policy. If we made a mistake in any way, such as in description or sent the wrong item or anything as such, we will fully refund you plus the cost of shipping the item back to us. But if item is as advertised but for whatever reason you would like to return it, you are welcome to do so and you will be refunded the amount which was paid for the item itself, however the shipping cost both ways are non-refundable, and item must be return in the same condition, unused with all the stickers and box/package intact. For items with free shipping, we just deduct the actual shipping cost and refund the rest. |
