A  titanium cylinder is a must have for any real HW100 enthusiast - it makes the front end a lot lighter, making the balance of the gun a lot better.

Benefits:-

Original ends are compatible - our titanium tubes are a direct replacement for your HW100 original stainless steel cylinder.

Profiled to match the original HW100 cylinder - saves weight, but does not sacrifice strength because of the superior Titanium material.

NO shelf life - as titanium is much much stronger and safer than aluminium, you won't have to return to manufacturer every 6 months for a service  - titanium tubes will last a lifetime.

Tough powder coat covering.

10mm longer than the original tubes = more volume but does not effect the silencer attachment.

Approximately 40% lighter than the original stainless steel cylinder.

Our titanium tubes are safety tested to 700bar (click here to see video).

We really wish we could make them cheaper, but really good graded titanium costs approximately 10 times more than the same length of aluminium and it also costs a lot more to machine it as it is so hard.  It will last a lifetime though, you will never need to replace a titanium tube.  Aluminium tubes will need to be kept an eye on for cracks and bursts and have a maximum shelf life of 10 years, a lot don't last that long.  A couple of our customers have brought cracked aluminium tubes to us, that's why we started to look into a stronger alternatives a few years ago.

Please Note:

Do not exceed 200bar fill pressure, the HW100's in-block style regulator will simply not be able to take the pressure. Filling above 200bar could seriously damage the HW100 Block.
If you have our new in-tube regulator system you CAN fill to 250bar.
