very good pre-owned condition.  estate find.  no noted damage.  the elastic is GREAT and is not dry rotted.  fabric is a stretchy sheer that almost has an eyelet appearance to it.  Unbranded.

Does have a slight odor that reminds me of "grandma's house".  not offputting, just there. leaving it up to the new owner to launder if needed.
