The GSM-KEY is a wireless GSM remote control switch that connects to the GSM cell phone network. 

This device does not come with a SIM card. Please contact your local cell provider and purchase a standard 2G SIM card, and activate it on a pay as you go plan.

This device can be wired to things like an electronic gate opener or garage door opener.  By calling the phone number assigned to the SIM chip (SIM chip not included), the device's relay will open, activating whatever device it is attached to. The most common use for this device is for gated communities or large garages that allow only authorized phone numbers to call the device to activate the gate or garage door, but can be used for countless other applications.

It also has two inputs that send text messages to a list of phone numbers (up to 5 numbers) when a signal is received on them.  These inputs can be hooked up to anything from motion detectors to sensor lights.  Any kind of monitoring is capable by using these inputs.

This device comes with software to track the phone numbers assigned to its white list (list of allowed phone numbers).  This allows the owner to manage a vast number of phone numbers extremely easily!

Note:

The 12V DC version does not have bare contacts for powering it.  It requires a standard round DC power jack.  This is not supplied with the device.
