Shipping/Handling

All items are packed well.

All items will be shippied out within 1 day. This include weekends and holidays.

Combined shipping will save you 40%, counting from the second one. That means, if you buy 2 keyboards, you'll save $4 on the shipping fee.

Currently, there is no local pickup available.

Returns

1. We will offer full refund or exchange if all the following conditions apply:

If the product is returned due to our mistake

The buyer notifies us and we approve the request for refund/exchange.

Product is returned within 15 days after we ship the order

2. We will not offer refund if any of the following conditions apply:

Product is returned incomplete

The product is returned damaged due to improper Installation, use or packing by buyer

Product is sold AS-IS

3.The S&H fees generated due to refund/exchange transaction are under the buyer’s expense

4.S&H fees are not refundable. No matter what reason, if the Item (s) is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for S&H again for re-shipment of the item (except if we shipped to the wrong buyer address). Please make sure your address is updated.

5.Any purchases that need to be canceled per the customers request will be subject to a Flat Cancellation Fee that is $5.00 (due to advertising and administrative costs).
