All items are usually dispatched within 24hrs of recieved payment and are sent by royal mail or courier services, City Link or DX , express service also available by next day carrier

Business times are 8 - 5 Monday to Friday so items ordered late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be sent on Mondays




Royal Mail second class / carrier - free of charge Estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days  

Royal mail first class recorded - £1.99 Estimated delivery time of 1-2 working days 

Express 24hr carrier (excluding bank holidays) - £8.99 delivery next working day for as many items as you like (on all orders taken before 11am)

Please note: postage could be higher to remote and offshore areas of the UK so please ask for a price before buying

If you use one of our carrier services please make sure someone will be in to receive and sign for the item as the carrier company will leave a card on 2 attempts and then resend to us. 

Items that have been sent back to us will not be resent free of charge. so if your item has not arrived with in 48hrs after ordering (excluding weekends) please contact us straight away.

Please make sure you order the correct colour as we do not refund postage costs for wrong colours and if postage is free there will be a restocking charge of 20% to cover cost of postage.

  • All deliveries will be shipped out to the address on paypal so all addresses MUST be correct on your paypal account, otherwise your item/s cannot not be resent.
  • Please be aware that we do not refund any postage costs if you decide you no longer want the item or you have chosen the wrong colour. we will only refund postage if we have sent the wrong item, a restocking charge of 20% may be applied if item was sent with free postage.
  • Any items returned due to incorrect address or failure to be collected from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.
  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us before leaving negative feedback, as we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, as we want all customers to be happy.
  • All feedback is reciprocated. when you leave positive feedback, we will do the same.
  • Unless notified, all items will be sent within the stated times. If item is late, please be patient we have defiantly sent it and if for any reason your item will be longer than the promised time frame we will contact you straight away to advise you of the situation.
  • All sent it overseas deliveries have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days, however this can sometimes take longer so please be patient. 
  • If, for any reason the product is damaged or you are not happy with your product, you may return the item for either a refund, or exchange. However you must contact us first before this can be authorised.
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund items if they are returned damaged or have been part used so please make sure you check your entire order before you start using it.. 
  • Business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Please bear this in mind when asking questions, as they will only be answered during working time slots. 
  • All enquiries and orders taken late Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be replied to or shipped out on the Monday, although occasionally we may reply to emails on the weekend.
  • All items must be paid for within 3 days from date of purchase, otherwise a case will be opened automatically. Payment after this time could result in a delayed dispatch.
