Why does delivery of your item sometimes take longer than
expected? Please remember that there are factors outside of our
control. When leaving Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings,
please rate us on the factors over which we have control. For
example, holidays and bad weather may cause delays outside of
our control. Check
the postmark and shipping emails to see how quickly we processed
your purchase!

Shipping Domestic
See all shipping rates at the top of this ad. We expedite our orders to ship your item(s) on the
next business day, same day shipment is only on orders paid before 6:00
AM eastern time during business days. Shipments to APO addresses and
all USA non continental islands use the same as domestic rate.
Shipping International
Unfortunately
due to the amount of lost packages on certain destinations we
narrowed service to some of them. See our shipping destinations
on the top right of this ad.

again, International sales
are liable to pay import tax duties on the products price. It is a matter of
luck, some units pass customs without a problem and some get stopped.

Warranty & Return Policy
Each product has a warranty covered by the manufacturer or by
Landloop. We will gladly exchange defective products within 30
days of delivery date. After this period you need to use the
manufacturer's warranty. The return of a product is always under
the buyers expense, this is a universal online policy. I try my
best to keep our customers satisfied, so please be patient and I
will gladly help and work with you. I answer more than 100
e-mails daily, please be precise when you ask questions and
always have an auction id of the item for my reference. There
will be testing performed on units returned. If any defect is
found, a replacement part will be exchanged and shipped
immediately under my expense. Please keep the original package
for warranty claims. If you don't get an answer from me
within 4 days is because your email filter does not let my
messages go thru, please check on your spam filter. I answer
each and every email I get. Also any purchase made by mistake
will be liable to shipping and restocking fees.
