As an ebay seller myself I searched for a program to help me manage my small, but growing,  ebay business but boy was I disappointed. The programs I bought ranged from crude Excel templates to amateurish efforts written in VB (with a look and feel circa Windows 95). I decided that I was definitely not going to trust my business records to such programs.

Drawing on my 25 years experience as a software engineer I decided to write my own stock control program and this is the result. All software needs a solid foundation so I bought in the very best professional SQL database that I could find and built this program on top of it.

Here are the main screens, some of the graphics look greyed out but they change colour when the mouse is moved over them to indicate their availability.

This window handles selling stock and adjusting stock levels. You click the picture to access the required function.

The products window allows you to add, edit, delete Products, Groups (product categories) or Locations.
You can also clone a product, search or show details of any product.

New products can be added to the system via the New Product window. You can add an image and supplier details (to help with re-ordering).

The Reports tab gives you access to all the information about your stock. 

You can view all your past invoices. You can also amend past invoices should mistakes come to light.

You can keep track of how you are doing with a sales graph. You can view your sales by date, group or location.

General options allows you to set the system up the way you want to it to work.

The system can have any number of users, you can even restrict what they are allowed to do.
