• We will ship your order out within same day or 1 day after we receive your  payment during weekdays. 
• Orders placed on weekend will be shipped out on next Monday.
• Completed orders after 9.00 AM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.
• If you Purchase after 9:00 AM and would like to ship out on the same day,  please get an e-mail confirmation from us. 
• An email with tracking information is automatically sent once we have created a label for an order. Packages leave our facility within the same day that the label is created. It is still possible to edit or cancel an order but not guaranteed.

• All orders are shipped via USPS Mail by default. Please contact us for other options.
• We ship all products from California, USA. For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect CA sales  tax.
• Local pickups are not available at the moment.

• The average delivery periods for USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail are 5-8 business days and 1-3 business days, respectively.
• If three full business days pass without tracking updates on a package after a tracking number has been provided, please contact us immediately. This includes cases where tracking updates cease. We can contact USPS on your behalf to investigate the whereabouts of your package. Please allow us to assist you with these cases.

• A full refund will be provided  for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 30 days. There is no  restocking fee for defective products. 
• We provide 30 days money back on non-defective, undamaged products. Restocking fee and other fee may apply for non-seller mistakes (ex: customer purchased wrong or cancelled after the item was shipped out). Shipping and handling fees are  non-refundable.
• This item carries a 1 Year Replacement Warranty. Replacements do not carry a renewed warranty period. The 1 Year period begins strictly from the original purchase date.
• Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All return products (Replace or Refund) have  to obtain an RMA number before it is being shipped back.
• To obtain an RMA # please contact us via eBay message. A return item without  an RMA number on package will not be accepted by our warehouse.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect,  modification, alteration, misuse, repair, modification or physical damages. Any modifications on a product void our warranty.
• International orders are only covered by the eBay 30-day money back guarantee. We cannot cover international return shipping.
• Returns are not currently supported through the eBay Global Shipping Program.

• International orders are processed using the eBay Global Shipping Program (GSP). The GSP provides two tracking numbers: the first is the domestic tracking number we create to send packages to the eBay drop-ship warehouse in Kentucky, the second is a tracking number created by eBay to ship the package from their Kentucky warehouse to the international delivery address.
• GSP orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (not Express). Tracking information is available up until delivery.
• International shipping costs via GSP are determined and collected by eBay. The proceeds of the shipping charges do not go to us (monsterpowerpro).

• We can offer lower shipping rates using USPS First Class International. However, delivery will take longer and tracking information is not available after the package has left the United States. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for First Class International Packages that have been delayed or lost. If you would like us to ship with USPS First Class International, please contact us beforehand with a delivery address and eBay item number.
• Buyer is responsible for any applicable VAT tax / import duty and local tax, based on regulation of importing countries. Please verify with your local customs prior to purchase.
