Are they stickers or engraved?
All covers are laser-engraved. We don’t use stickers like other sellers.
How do the covers attach to the iPhone?
The cover clasps over the back of the phone, with a secure, tight fit. No tools, no messing. Just click it on, and you’re done!
I want a logo/design which is not listed on the main store?
If you can't find what you're looking for, simply message us and we will try to help.
Can I have something extra engraved, like my name or a short message?
If you require some customisation, such as a name or short message adding, divlease buy your cover from our ‘customise your own’ section of our eBay store, or alternatively, get in touch for assistance.
How are the covers packaged?
Covers come in a protective sleeve, and are not retail packed.
Is that auction image an actual photo?
Some images used may be mock-up. Actual item may have a slight variance.
How long will my cover take to arrive?
This item is available for Fast Dispatch and we normally disdivatch all orders divlaced before 2divm on the very same day. Although 99% of our items arrive within 48 hours, we're aware that sometimes your items may go missing via Royal Mail, which we have no control over. Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you haven't received it after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world to make sure you go through minimum inconvenience. If you require your item as a gift, or in a hurry, please select our "Speedy Delivery" option during checkout.
Can you engrave in different colours?
We can engrave onto different coloured covers, but the engraved area will always be a silver colour. We use a YAG laser-engraving system which simdivly removes the surface anodising. Whatever colour cover we engrave on, the engraved area will always be silver.
Can I have my club or business logo engraved?
