Dension Gateway Pro BT verbindet den iPod, iPhone, Bluetooth Telefon oder USB-Speicher mit dem originalen Autoradio und ermöglicht:
- Freisprechen
- Musikwiedergabe
- Menübasierte Steuerung und Text-Durchsuche
- Geräteladung (1A)
Gateway Pro BT ermöglicht Freisprechen und Bluetooth-Verbindung für Musikübertragung (via A2DP)*. Alles kann durch die Radiotasten oder die Lenkradfernbedienung gesteuert werden und die Informationen erscheinen auf dem FIS-Display (zwischen dem Drehzahlmesser und dem Tachometer). Der Bluetooth-Chip ist bereits installiert.
Einfache Bedienung
Die Gateway Pro BT iPod Kfz-Schnittstelle funktioniert wie ein Dolmetscher zwischen Ihren Geräten und dem Fahrzeug. Es wandelt Anweisungen aus dem Fahrzeug-Bedienelemente in einer Sprache um, die Ihr iPod auch verstehen und darauf reagieren kann. Nach dem Einbau emuliert Gateway Pro BT einen CD-Wechsler (in der Regel, manchmal ist es ein AUX-Eingang), wodurch die CD-Wechsler-Steuerung im Radio die angeschlossenen Geräte ansprechen wird. Natürlich enthält jedes Gateway Pro BT eine umfassende und fahrzeugbezogene Bedienungsanweisung, Sie sollten jedoch in den meisten Fällen erst die CD-Wechsler-Funktion auswählen, dann CD6 und damit wird eine Reihe von Menüs eröffnet um Ihre Musik zu steuern. Die FFWD-Taste (Vorwärtsspulen) und / oder Bedienelemente am Lenkrad werden dann gebraucht in Ihrem iPod und Mobiltelefon navigieren zu können.
Gateway Pro BT wird alle diese Informationen auf einer Anzeige in Ihrem Auto darstellen, welches über das Radio sein könnte, oder zwischen den Rundinstrumenten (Geschwindigkeit und Drehzahl) oder in der Mitte, damit Sie immer genau sehen, wo Sie im Menü sind und welche Musik gerade gespielt wird. (Fahrzeugbedingt, bitte Kompatibilität beachten!)
Neben der Anzeige der Informationen des Inhaltes des angeschlossenen Gerätes erfolgt die Steuerung der Musik über die Bedienelemente des Radios- Navigationssystems oder der Lenkradfernbedienung im CD-Wechsler-Menü. Wenn Sie auf dieses, besonders bei größeren Musiksammlungen auf dem iPod oder einer USB-Festplatte, nützliche Feature nicht verzichten wollen, empfehlen wir Ihnen den Umstieg auf das neue GATEWAY Interface.

The Dension Gateway Pro BT connects iPod, iPhone, Bluetooth phone or a USB storage device to the original car radio, providing:
- handsfree calls
- music playback
- menu based control and text browsing
- device charging (1A)
The Gateway Pro BT offers handsfree mobile call handling, and Bluetooth connectivity for music streaming (via A2DP*). All controlled through the radio or steering wheel controls and displays your information on the cluster display (between the dials). The Bluetooth chip is installed on board.
Control at your fingertips
The Gateway Pro BT works like an interpreter between your devices and the car, converting instructions from the car's controls into a language that your phone or iPod can understand and respond to. When connected to the car's audio system, the Gateway Pro BT (usually) emulates a CD changer, thus making those controls on the radio available to control the devices connected to it. Of course, every Gateway Pro BT comes with a comprehensive user manual, but in most cases, you select the CD changer function, and a series of menus are opened up for you to control your devices. The 'next/previous track' key and/or steering wheel controls.
Gateway Pro BT will also send all this information to the display in your car, which might be in the radio, the cluster display (between the dials), or the center console, so you can always see exactly where you are, what's playing, or who's calling you.
Gateway Pro BT incorporates the iPod UI mode which makes it available for the user to control music playback through the original interface of the device.
The Phone option provides full access to the phone book and call logs (received, missed, dialed).
