No, we do not have a brick & mortar store you can come to. It costs far too much to do that. This is why there are so few b&m stores left. NO PROFIT IN IT! Online shopping is where it's at.  We ship only. It is much simpler and easier for us all.

Regarding our Return/Refund Policy:

We accept all returns, AND--

We happily pay return shipping if WE were at fault:

  • Item broke (but was not misused)
  • Was blatantly misrepresented
  • Specs of item were not what ad stated
  • Fitment was clearly incorrect vs what ad stated

You pay return shipping if YOU were at fault:

  • Misused the item
  • Damaged the item due to lack of proper use
  • Or you merely HOPED the item would fit your application, but you weren't really certain if it would (called the Guinea Pig Rule)
  • Or you just don't want the item for some random reason


We should not have to have all of these "disclaimers", but there are a few buyers who try to "work the system" to either get something for free, do not read ads thoroughly, or want to get free return shipping (and they were at fault).
