Shipping and payment:

Paypal is the safest form of payment and the only form of payment we accept from international buyers (anybody out of the US).

Perishable items such as food, ship out twice weekly, generally on Tuesday's and Friday's.  Most other items ship out Monday-Friday.  All food items are received by us one business day prior to posting to insure the highest quality foods are being shipped to you.  All of our items have good dates.  To receive a general sell by date for an item you would like to purchase please feel free to contact us.

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We strive to make our listings 100% accurate, but from time to time mistakes may happen.  If for any reason a item is misrepresented in a listing we will gladly give you a full refund or send you the correct item.

Unfortunately, from time to time the postal service loses parcels. Please buy with confidence as we do not hold the buyer responsible for lost items as do other sellers.   In the case of lost parcels we will gladly send you a replacement item or give you a full refund if a replacement item is not available.  We will send a replacement item or give a refund once we have tried to track and trace the item through the United States Postal Service.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.  If your item is defective in anyway a return will be accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. After the 7 days are up any problems due to defects must go through the manufacturer.  We will reimburse you for any return shipping costs when we receive returned defective item.  If another item is available for exchange it will shipped out once defective item is received

From time to time you may change your mind on item after it has been paid for and posted.  In this case a refund will be given, but the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have purchased an item and have paid for it and change your mind before the item it has posted we will gladly give you a full refund.  You will receive an e-mail from ebay for you to mutually agree not to continue with the transaction.  This e-mail from e-mail helps us to get our seller fees reimbursed.

Please do not purchase an item and then neglect to pay for it and neglect to contact us.  We will gladly agree not to continue with the transaction, but you must contact us to let us know.  If you do not contact us we will have no choice but to contact ebay and leave negative feedback for poor communication and failure to pay.
