After payment has been received high bidders can expect their items to be shipped, typically the next business day but within 3 days.
If this is an international shipment please allow a reasonable time for it to arrive. Shipments must pass through Customs and this will typically add a couple of days to the actual transit time. Once it leaves our hands, we have little control of it.
A tracking number ( if possible) will be supplied to you. Some forms of shipping do not have tracking numbers.
If you need special handling, overnight shipment, etc., ask before bidding!

If you believe that the item you purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options. In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of item. All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due to our error.
We will not in any way negotiate a partial refund on the selling price.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. This applies to both the item and any retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and will be required to complete a "Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction" through eBay. We will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once buyer has returned the item AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked "AS IS" for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed "AS IS".

We're happy to answer your questions, but we can't answer complex technical questions about most of the things we sell - we just sell 'em, we haven't used 'em personally, other than a quick test to verify working condition. Try the manufacturer's website or a chat room for technical info. We sell on eBay for a living, we're not the original owner of this, we probably don't know much about the history of the item, other than what's in the description.
