I couldn't find any hallmarks

THERE ARE DINGS IN THE HOLLOW HANDLES
The Scissors are not fully fixed to the handle

The Thimble is not silver and doesn't belong to this set
Needle case is missing the CAP

A Bottom paper label in the case reads Arno Vicenzo - Astucci Napoli

 The Case is worn with the closure broken but still nice working conditions
