Shipping
All items shipped on the day of payment or the following business day by UPS Ground. Delivery takes 1-5 business days. Expedited delivery is available. Due to big size of most items combined shipping not available. Products are professionally packaged and in most cases double boxed to guarantee safe delivery. If we have to ship to a P.O. Box address, items will be shipped by USPS.
Returns
Customer is eligible for a full refund on items purchased only if these items have been returned to USA Decor unused, in brand new condition, in original packaging. These items must be sent back to USA Decor no later than thirty (30) days from the sales date. Full refund will be issued after USA Decor receives the original items back and determines that they have not been used, they are in brand new condition, in its original packaging, no parts missing. In the event returned item appears to be used, has missing parts, scratched, dirtied or damaged by the customer or a refund will not be issued. Customer returning a product for any reason must fist obtain a Return Authorization by contacting USA Decor. USA Decor will then provide returning instructions to a customer.
