The History:
I personally purchased this at the Toyota dealer from a guy who just bought a new 2000 Celica GT & had the dealer remove it & to install an aftermarket system before he picked up the car. I just happen to be there at the dealer when this was being done. He then sold me the radio. The radio was only in the car for 3 days. I planned on installing it in my 1992 Celica GT Convertible but I then found out that the amplifier in my car would not be compatible to this radio and that the connectors where different. It has been sitting in my home for 13 yrs now and it is as new as it was in the car. Like I said this was in the car approximately 3 days after delivery to the dealership. So this is as close to new as you can get. Appearance is Great except somehow some small scratches are in the upper side of the face plate & knobs. But in no way was this dropped or abused. It was working as a new radio in its new car when it was removed. I have no way of showing it works as new so I must 'sell it as is.' The minor cosmetic scratches as pictured won’t change its performance in any way. I’d say the function is perfect to new.
