· We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also customers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

Return Policy / Warranty

· 30 days return policy – 15% Restocking fees may apply if the product is not returned in original condition.

· All lamps come with 90 days warranty from the dated invoice. If the merchandise is defective, please contact us for return merchandise number for warranty replacement.

· Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and insurance for warranty replacement. If the product is tested defective after we received, we will ship a brand new replacement to you at our cost.

· A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp. Serial number can be found on the packaging, housing, and the actual bulb. Warranty is void if the accrual serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
