Reballing Guideline
1. Before start check the infrared radiation, temperature sensor, and power cord are properly connected.

Power on the main power and the bottom of the warm-up power switch, and
adjust the intelligent temperature controller in the 200-240 range, so
that the bottom of the warm-up 2-3 minutes.
3. Power on upper heating head. Generally leaded soldering between :200-220, lead-free soldering temperature between 240-260.
4. If chips can't be removed, turn up 10 to 20 degrees each time.

3. Adjust the temperature sensor of the infrared radiation, will be placed in the appropriate position of the chip. Coated with a flux (soldering or welding oil) around the chip and the sensor head, doing so allows the sensor to measure temperature more accurately. With flux, it can protect pad in good shape. Adjust the upper heating head and distance is about 20-30mm, and then set the upper temperature controller temperature of 240-260 or so. Special Highlight to temperature control: please make sure temperature sensor is correctly positioned that would not heat up too high and burn chips.
5. The soldering is completed, turn off the power supply.
