The IFAK will be issued to every Soldier via the Soldier as a System (SaaS) Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI).  Weighing one pound, the IFAK will consist of expendable medical items packaged inside of a modified MOLLE 100 roundSAW ammo pouch.
