Once committed to purchase an item Payment is requested to be completed within 7 days.

For all postal order and cheques that are sent as a form of payment please add details of sender with the payment contact number, address and eBay user id etc. We do not store any credit or debit card details of our customers. All transactions are handled by PayPal.

We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received. We will keep you informed via e-mail when we despatch your purchase.

All orders are despatched to the address provided on ebay, if you would like your order to be despatched to an alternative address, please email us in advance via eBay to let us know. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the same working day on weekdays, Items purchased on a weekend or bank holidays will be sent the next working day.

If you are unavailable to accept your purchase it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If your purchase is not collected within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given less the original postage costs.

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is the returns must be within 14 days of delivery and for the goods to be returned in the exact same condition that they were sent. Please email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason. Please include your ebay details, reason for return and contact details in your returns package to speed your refund. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.
