Packaging
These body pillows are flattened, rolled and tightly wrapped at our factory to reduce shipping bulk. After you open the package, please allow two to three days for the foam to gradually expand back to its original size.
Reminder! Being tightly wrapped inside protective plastic bag, new memory foam products will emit a light odor. After opening, allowing the product to sit in a ventilated area for a few hours will reduce the odor. It will gradually fade away in two to three days.

Shipping Policies
- "Free Shipping" and "Flat Rate Shipping" apply to destinations, including P.O. boxes, to the US continental 48 states only. Shipments designated to AK, HI, PR and US territories require additional shipping charge.
- International/overseas shipments will incur additional shipping charge. Please make sure you understand and accept the additional shipping charge before you bid or buy.
- Delivery time for P.O. boxes and remote areas will vary from 3 to 9 working DAYS, especially for locations in the East coast and for remote residential areas. If the long delivery time is not acceptable to you, please contact us to find a faster shipping service, before you bid/buy.
- Merchandise will be shipped out of our warehouse the same business day, if the full payments received by 2 p.m., Pacific Time.
- Merchandise will be processed and shipped out the next business day, if payments are received after 2 p.m., Pacific Time.
- Buyer-selected expedite shipping charge, such as Priority or second-day services, are non-refundable, if the products are later returned for refund.
- Shipping charge is non-refundable for buyer unclaimed/refused shipments. If items are sold as free-shipping items, buyer will be charged with appropriate shipping costs.
- Please use your tracking number to keep track of your shipment status, and check around your house, door steps and front porch, THE SAME DAY the delivery is made. If you live in a condo or apartment, check your mailbox and storage area. DO NOT wait for several days after delivery to look for your package; it'll be very likely stolen by then.
