please note we accept returns so far as the item is returned within 14 days or the Ebay minimum required exchange period. Please note all FREE POSTAGE listed items returning because buyer changed their mind , will have postage cost deducted from amount paid before refund. Please note all requests for exchange or refunds after the 14day period or Ebay's minimum required return grace period will be down to our discretion. all postage cost involving a return(both ways) is the buyers cost. Please note if a buyer by accident receives a wrong or damaged item,our priority is to exchange for the original order, if you want a refund instead we will not pay for returning postage cost. we also expect all returns back intact with all labels and in the original package and in a re-saleable condition or we will refuse to refund or exchange.
