DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer FREE shipping for many of our items. Where a shipping fee is applicable you can be assured that all rates, including express post, are competitive.  We will happily combine shipping costs and charge just 50% for additional items where a postage fee is applied.  In addition, we also offer express shipping on all of our items. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
We have a very short handling time (usually 1-2 days). The majority of orders are dispatched same or next day. Items are sent from our Queensland warehouse via Auspost regular mail unless another delivery option is chosen. Delivery times within Australia vary but are usually 1-5 days.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If your order is not received within the expected time frame (please allow up to max. 10 working days), please contact our customer service team at sales@thecostumehub.com.au

DO YOU HAVE A STORE THAT I CAN VISIT OR CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
We are not able to facilitate pickups and do not operate a physical storefront. All of our orders are dispatched by post.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, and you can return your item for a refund. (Postage costs are non-refundable).  Please refer to our policy in the listing for more details.

WHAT IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
You can return your item, in its original packaging, and we will send an alternative size for you (you must include a self addressed satchel). All orders are to be returned within 30 days of receipt and you will need to cover the postage costs.
