Shipping

All our items right through from the smallest nut or bolt to complete doors or tailgates are packaged expertly and professionally with the greatest effort & care. This is to make sure that when you receive your item it is exactly as was described. We only use 100% recycled packaging materials.

Estimated & stated delivery times will be listed on each individual listing and will be delivered by one of the following couriers or postal services depending on your location and or the size/weight of the package. All of our delivery services require to be signed for on delivery, we do not send anything out other than by secure Tracked or by Recorded Delivery services. All parts can of course be collected from our depot in Doncaster.

Customers who are located in the UK but are in areas classed as Ireland or Scottish Highlands will need to contact us prior to placing an order. This is to ensure that we can get you an exact price on the shipping costs. Costs will be greater than those stated for standard UK prices unless the part is being sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. If you are in doubt at all please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will either be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any fault  upon receipt of the item immediately. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will refund the shipping costs.

Please note: As a UK based seller all our new and used parts listed are for right hand drive vehicles. If you are purchasing this part for a left hand drive vehicle and are unsure if it will fit please ask before purchasing. If you do not ask and the part does not fit we will not accept responsibility for the error.
