Postage will always be combined for multiple orders simply wait for the final bill before paying

Items will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been made normally within 7 days. We cannot offer fast postage please do not expect it

If you have not received your item within 12 days (UK) and you have checked with your post office and nieghbors to ensure they do not have it, please contact us and we will chase it up.

Please check with you post office for undelivered parcels for your address before you contact us as often that is where parcels that have not arrived usually are waiting collection at your delivery office.

Orders and dispatch using royal mail (up to 2kg) and parcel force (over 2kg) postage insurance and tracking upgrades are available if required contact us for costs.
