Heinz Kinigadner was one of the top riders in the Motocross Grand Prix World Championships during the mid-1980s. He was the F.I.M. 250cc Motocross World Champion in 1984 and 1985 while riding for the KTM factory racing team. After his motocross career, Kinigadner began competing in off road races such as the Paris to Dakar rally. Being the first Austrian World Motocross Champion, racing on the Austrian KTM, made him a national hero in his home country. His reputation allowed him to be the first motocross rider to be sponsored by Red Bull.Following a severe motocross crash in 2003 that left his son paraplegic, Mr. Kinigadner and the Red Bull owner decided to create the "wings for life foundation" whose aim is to find a remedy for spinal cord injury. A large proportion of profits from the Kini-Red Bull collection goes to the Wings For Life Foundation.

Air shipping solution is more expensive but the delay is more precise. If you want it fast, use Air. In some case, we need to ship a product under a certain weight and size to reflect the shipping price the customer has paid and use the lowest price shipping method. It happens if the shipping method is light (500gr), small or tracked packet (2kg). Therefore, we may get rid of the original product box and/or some inessential items or papers for the package. If you think it is the case and wants to be sure you will have everything with it, just contact us. We will send the extra items apart or with it (an extra shipping fee will be charged). We only do that for foreign country to have the lowest possible shipping price. Shipping insurance & signature confirmation is not included in the shipping/handling fee and must be requested prior to payment. Please purchase the item, do not pay for it. Notify us either thru eBay or call us at 450.435.2408 and we will add insurance and/or signature confirmation fee to your invoice, and then you can make your payment. Delay or lost in the mail An extra delay may occur if the item you buy is at another location or at one of our distributors. You will be noticed with the extra delay. Also, it is your responsibility to have the right shipping address or to be there to receive the product. If the product is returned to us because of an address error from your side or not being there to collect it, we will charge you the return shipping fee plus the cost to send it back to your door plus a 10$ for handling. The maximum delay before a product is considered lost in the post is base on Canada Post standard. For an Air shipping method, it is considered lost after 45 days. For Surface, it is considered lost after 75 days. After those delay, we are able to open a case for lost of package at Canada Post for refund. Canada Post may also find the product or confirm that it has been receive at destination. In any case, we will do our best to find a solution. Please contact us before giving feedback. From our experience, less than 1 on 500 items get lost and is never recover. So losing an item at the post is a rare situation. Also, for surface method the delay can really vary a lot. It literally uses sea and land to get to destination and most of the time the delay occurs when waiting at port. There is probably no boat going from our port straight to your nearest port. It uses specific routes that are not necessarily the most direct. We have seen 3 months in delay for certain far away country from Canada. Payment must be made within 4 days of auction ending or buy it now purchases or we will file an unpaid Item case which may result in you receiving an unpaid item strike on your eBay account. We do not accept returns on any electrical part, tire, tubes, underwear or special parts (will be listed) If an item doesn't fit or is not the right one for your purpose (example a helmet, gloves, jacket etc.) we will exchange it for the right size, right fit or right item. It is your responsibility to buy the items that you think fits the most. Therefore we will not pay for shipping to return the item back and shipping to your door. Only if we don't have the right size, fit or item in stock that we will refund you the item. If we don't have the right fitting item refunds are only for the price of the item not the shipping cost. If, for any reason, you want to return an item, you have 30 days to ask for a refund. Special items may have a restocking fee but you will be noticed.
