For shipping, we use Canada Post for its reliability and low price. Canada Post will transfer the package to the postal office of your country.

For Canadian resident, we usually use Regular or Expedited Parcel from Canada Post. It takes from 1 to 7 days to arrive to destination depending on the area. The package can be track

From our experience, less than 1 on 500 items get lost and is never recover. So losing an item at the post is a rare situation. Also, for surface method the delay can really vary a lot. It literally uses sea and land to get to destination and most of the time the delay occurs when waiting at port. There is probably no boat going from our port straight to your nearest port. It uses specific routes that are not necessarily the most direct. We have seen 3 months in delay for certain far away country from Canada.

Payment option 

We prefer our buyers to pay using PAYPAL. We only accept Paypal for international buyer. We do accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for domestic buyers. Please call us at 450.435.2408 and ask for Stephane.  


International buyer

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping/handling charges. International buyers are responsible for any extra import fees and it is your responsibility to know what you will have to pay.

Please check with your Country’s Customs Office to determine what additional cost there will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ Canadian, US and International Government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Returns will only be accepted with a confirmation from our side. You just need to get to us by Ebay, phone or email for confirmation (450.435.2408). Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item. (You must contact us within 30 days). Item must be unused with tags and the original box.

We do not accept returns on any electrical part, tire, tubes, underwear or special parts (will be listed)

For exchanges or return, the buyer is responsible for all extra shipping
cost including cross border taxes and fee.

If an item doesn't fit or is not the right one for your purpose (example a helmet, gloves, jacket etc.) we will exchange it for the right size, right fit or right item. It is your responsibility to buy the items that you think fits the most. Therefore we will not pay for shipping to return the item back and shipping to your door. Only if we don't have the right size, fit or item in stock that we will refund you the item. If we don't have the right fitting item refunds are only for the price of the item not the shipping cost.

If, for any reason, you want to return an item, you have 30 days to ask for a refund. Special items may have a restocking fee but you will be noticed. Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Ebay, paypal or Credit Card Company charges fee to the seller for doing the transaction. For a returning product, we need to open a case to have those fee credited back. If it has passed the delay based on ebay politic or you do not approve the resolution of the case, 12% will be subtracted from the refund. In any case, a 4% fee will be subtracted from the refund. Those fees are not to be considered restocking or handling fee.

When the item has been returned and passes inspection, the refund will be issued to you through the same method of payment received. It may take up to 7 days before accepting a return and refunding you.

If the item doesn't pass the inspection upon our satisfaction (has been use, damage, missing accessories or tag) a partial refund may be offer. This offer is not open for negotiation. You can refuse our offer and we will send you back the item after you pay the returning shipping and fee. If in the case that the item is not recoverable from our side because of the condition of it, we will send you back the item after paying the returning shipping and fee.

In any case for a return, we will ship the new item upon receiving and examination of the returned item.

In some conditions we may ship back the new item on proof of shipping the returning item from your side. In this case, we will need a tracking number (not an ID, or purchase number) and we will ship our product when we see real movement on the item. In this shipping situation, we will still inspect the returning item and take charge if the item is not has sold first with tags and all accessories.

If an item is shipped by error from our side, we will do our best to get you the correct item out to you ASAP. We will either refund you the return shipping cost or supply you with a shipping label to ship the incorrect item back. No fee will be charged.

If a product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us and we will examine the situation. We may ask for explanation or pictures before issuing a refund or ship another item out to you upon return of the part.
