This is a 25 year old car in VERY GOOD condition and can be used, reliably, as a daily driver. I did it with this car. You should too. 1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce 2000
We have ALL RECEIPTS from new including the orig. window dealer sales sticker (all records back to 1989). We have the CARFAX done (if serious, it can be sent to you). Two owner car.
Engine rebuilt 15k miles ago (new pistons and liners). Cylinder head rebuilt (valve guides, seals, head gasket).
Transmission has been overhauled, so no stereotypical weak Alfa 2nd gear synchro.
New clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and resurfaced flywheel (less than 1k ago).
New rear main seal done at the time that the clutch was replaced.
New clutch master cylinder. Slave cylinder replaced around 15k miles ago.
New brake master cylinder.
New Michelin tires (less than 500 miles).
New Interstate battery.
Rebuilt adjustable voltage alternator.
New air filter.
Starter replaced about 15k miles ago with a remanufactured Bosch unit.
Radiator has JUST been professionally rebuilt. Car ran warm once the warm weather hit in Southern California so we had the cooling system checked for efficiency and rebuilt. New cooling fan shroud.
A/C blows cool(ish), needs a charge.
Black canvas convertible top in very good condition.
Leather seats reupholstered (in leather).
Extremely good daily driver, very nice condition. Paint resprayed original color in 2008.
