Delivery
Your item will be professionally & carefully printed, packed and dispatched within 1 business day, after confirmation and verification of your payment. All orders where we receive payment before 2pm (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the very same day!
Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or public holidays. Collections are not available.
UK Only
Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues. We only deem an item lost in the post 10 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
Please be advised that delivery usually takes between 5-10 working days, but this is not guaranteed. Items can experience delays due to Royal Mail issues. We only deem an item lost in the post 15 working days from dispatch

Returns
Customer Service is important to us, and whilst we hope that you do not need to return your item to us, we also understand that there may be a time when you need to return something that you've purchased.
If this situation arises; please send us an eBay Message WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, stating your order/invoice number and your after-sales query.
Our Customer Service Team will then contact you with regards to your query and on how best to resolve this.
If we confirm that an item needs to be returned, please return the item to the address provided WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt.
We strongly recommend that you keep a record of your order/invoice number, as you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.

We accept the following payment methods:
Payment must be received within ten (10) days of auction close or completing a Buy It Now purchase. Unpaid item wins will be forfeited after ten (10) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.
