Vintage Whiting & Davis Evening Bag Purse

 


A vintage gold mesh evening bag with gold tone frame featuring rhinestones by Whiting & Davis Co.

It measures 3” x 8-1/2” at the bottom and is 5” high to the top of the frame. It has a gold tone chain that measures 10” long.

The frame is marked “Mesh Whiting & Davis Co. Bags,” “Made In U.S.A.” and “2814” on the inside of both top halves and there is a blue on white label attached to the satin lining as well.

Also included are the original satin coin purse with brass snap closure that measures 3-1/2” x 2-1/4” overall and the original 2” x 3” make-up mirror.


The handbag is missing one small rhinestone at one corner otherwise it is in excellent condition inside and out. Both the purse and mirror are in excellent condition as well.
