SHIPPING: All Priority packages come FULLY Insured! We charge you ACTUAL shipping charges plus a .25 cent handling fee to cover shipping supply costs. We ship Mondays thru Fridays only (business days). We ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Purchases made by 10:00am will go out same day. All packages come with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking. We ship via USPS First Class (13oz or less), Media Mail, Parcel Select, Priority Mail and Express. We also ship via Federal Express Ground (2-5 days, East-West) to the 48 United States and to valid commercial or residential street addresses only and you are required to submit your phone number for shipping purposes only.
YES we combine shipping! Because most all of our listings are "Immediate Payment Required," please use the "Add to Cart" button (eBay Cart) instead of the "Buy It Now" button when making multiple purchases. This will allow you to make ONE payment instead of making multiple "immediate payment required" payments. Ebay's shipping calculator will then automatically combine the weights of your items and give you a final shipping fee. Occasionally eBay's calculator is incorrect and in those instances we will refund the difference in shipping back to you for any amount over $1.00. NOTE: eBay's calculator cannot differentiate between a package going 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail, nor can it anticipate package dimensions and larger items, so keep this in mind. If ordering more than one LARGE item, please contact us first before purchasing. We cannot adjust invoices as eBay will not allow this with Immediate Payment Required transactions, so please do not ask for a total or ask that the invoice be adjusted. TRACKING NUMBER: Your tracking number will ALWAYS be available to see under your "Purchase History" under "My ebay" at the top of your eBay screen. We do not send a separate email with your tracking information as there is no need. PayPal always sends an email to you letting you know your package was shipped. Usually the title will say "Updates from Wesellawesomestuff." We have absolutely no control over the post office and how and when they deliver your package. Shipping estimates given by eBay are just that - estimates and is in no way a guarantee of delivery time. USPS does not guarantee ANY given shipping times - ever. Even if it says 2 days or 3 days, it is not a guarantee!!!!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use USPS Express International, Priority International for Worldwide shipping and First Class International (<4lbs) to Canada only. Priority International shipping methods must be insured. First Class Mail cannot be insured but is trackable. By law, we must fully disclose what is in your package on the Customs form. WE DO NOT MISMARK OR UNDER DECLARE THE VALUE OR MARK ANY PACKAGE AS A GIFT - NO EXCEPTIONS. Per eBay's policy, Sellers must now report any Buyers asking for their packages to be under-declared or marked as a gift, so please do not ask! Wesellawesomestuff is not responsible for any other fees associated with your package. Please check with your local post office/service for an estimate of those fees.
RETURN POLICY: We generally accept Returns if the item was misrepresented or if it does not fit. If you think the item was misrepresented, you will have to submit pictures of the item in order to prove the misrepresentation prior to sending it back to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect the item for validity, and if it is our fault, we will refund your purchase price of the item plus the initial shipping to you.
If you simply must return the item because it does not fit, you must contact us FIRST and we will determine if you can make the return. All returns must be made within the 14 days it was received and it must be returned in the exact same condition that it was received ==>> In original box, pressed and wrinkle-free, tags and plastic attached, and with all accessories/manuals. If you cannot send the item back in the same condition received, you CANNOT return the item - no exceptions. If you try to return the item without prior approval, we have the right to impose a 25% restocking fee. Buyer will pay the return shipping fees and the original shipping to you is non-refundable. If your shipping was FREE, the actual cost of shipping the item will be subtracted from the original shipping price.
DAMAGE: If your item was damaged during shipping, you must submit a picture to us of the damaged item and the damaged box (if applicable). Sometimes an item can be replaced if damaged, and sometimes not. Either way, a USPS Claim will have to be filed and a USPS representative may request to see the item AND the shipping box in order to complete the claim. Your cooperation and assistance is necessary. Your refund will not occur until the USPS Claim is completed.
