Domestic Return Policy -We offer a 14 day return policy from when you receive the item for a full refund less $6 on orders under $150 and $10 for order $151 and more on orders shipped free. On any orders with upgraded shipping, you will receive a full refund less shipping. We only accept return on new watches so please make sure you will be keeping it before removing the plastics and using the watch. As long as the band has not been re-sized and there are no scratches we will be more than happy to refund / exchange your watch. Please email us if you need special arrangements on returns if this is for a gift and you need an extended return period.

Please check out your watch as soon as you receive it for defects. We can not take responsibility if something is defective after the watch has been used. We will gladly arrange for the return of any defective watch and exchange it or refund you.

International Shipping - If you need to return the item for any reason, the maximum we will refund you is total amount paid. We do our best to check over the watches before shipping but do not take responsibility for Manufacturer Defects.
