eBay is currently using a 5-STAR DSR (Detailed Seller Rating) to evaluate and rank sellers. I really need to earn a full 5-STAR DSR rating. In eBay’s book, anything less than 5-STARS in all four categories is ‘bad feedback’. I charge only actual postage and never a handling fee. If shipping costs are less than you paid, a refund for the difference will be issued to your PayPal account. In many instances shipping costs are slightly higher than quoted and I will absorb the difference. I ship all my items within 24-hours of receiving your payment. Delivery time once I surrender a parcel to Canada Post is completely out of my control.
