We offer a 14day money back policy meaning it starts the day you receive the laptop. You can return the laptop to us for a full refund or we can exchange it for another if you wish. We offer no quibble refunds.

-Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the UK and Ireland plus anywhere in Europe.

-What condition will the laptop be in?

Please pay attention to the condition report for the laptop on the detailed specifications which lists the exact condition of each laptop.

-If my laptop goes faulty what happens?

Each laptop we sell is covered by a warranty from ourselves, techyteam. If you have a problem get in touch so we can offer some assistance and advise the best course of action whether we can fix it remotely or it has to be returned to ourselves for repair.

-How much is postage to the UK or to Ireland?

Postage is free all over the UK and to Ireland and it is a 48hr service.

-Is the charger included with the laptop?

Yes the package will contain your laptop plus the charger and the mains cable.

The laptop will arrive in a plain brown box packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.

Each laptop we sell will have Open Office installed which is exactly like Microsoft Office. You can type your home work or business letters and save them in Microsoft Word compatible files. You can also use spreadsheets just like Excel and do presentations on software like Powerpoint.
